Return & Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with every order placed through TheShivaPage. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
All gift orders are processed and fulfilled by TheShivaPage. For questions about a specific order, contact us at info@theshivapage.com or call (347) 709-2352.
Returns — Physical Items
Physical items (gift baskets, food platters, flowers, and similar products) may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging where applicable
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Perishable food items (gift baskets, platters) cannot be returned once delivered. If there is a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo — we will issue a full refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable once the order has been processed:
- Tree plantings in Israel (certificates are issued upon processing)
- Eternal Wall dedications and other digital/certificate products
- Custom-engraved or personalized items
- Items that have already been delivered to the recipient
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theshivapage.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund:
- Email info@theshivapage.com with your order number and reason for the return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
- Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, damaged item, etc.). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancellation is requested before the order has been shipped or processed. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@theshivapage.com or (347) 709-2352. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
